"On the spur of the moment I decided that I would drive far west to Poston, right on the Colorado River, and visit the site. There are only two relocation sites in Arizona. I inquired at the CRIP Fire Station and the man gave me clear directions to one of the three sub-camps less than a mile away. I found it! The buildings are still there they are all fenced in, but still there! I tried to find the other two sub-sites but could'nt as the buildings have been torn down. I took two sand samples at Poston from around the immediate sub-site area." Gary Foster

Roundness is the degree of smoothing due to abrasion of sedimentary particles. It is expressed as the ratio of the average radius of curvature of the edges or corners to the radius of curvature of the maximum inscribed sphere.

The sphericity of a particle is: the ratio of the surface area of a sphere (with the same volume as the given particle) to the surface area of the particle.
