OCEAN-TO-OCEAN BRIDGE, YUMA 32.70N, 114.65W
"[The sample] was
taken from the foot of the Ocean-to-Ocean bridge right next
to the historic Yuma territorial prison. In the picture
Arizona is on the right side and California is on the left
side of the Colorado River. Mexico is about 3 miles south
of the crossing, the opposite direction of the picture's
perspective. The actual sample point is the sand jutting
into the river under the right side of the bridge just about
in line of sight with the buoy."
