Here's a project for us. The crude graphic below is shown in all articles and books that deal with sand. I've used it myself in my sand labs. Can we complete the entire set of standard sand shapes with the samples we collect? Only time will tell. As your samples come in I will try to match, or you can estimate which shape your sample completes.
