I think we saw Nevis back in 1998 when we
were on our eclipse cruise. It's claim to fame during the
eclipse was that the people on the island saw totality for a
second! The umbra just brushed the island! If you
blinked, you missed it. I've posted two very different
samples of sand from this small island. Hopefully the people
who sent me the samples can provide more information.
